好Q複雜 睇唔明.... 有興趣c兄 去連結 睇下....

A new lag-reducing method, called CrossBreeder, has emerged a couple of days ago. It's based on somewhat controversial Seeder entropy generator approach. 'Somewhat controversial' means that some say it works for them, some say it doesn't, otherwise it's harmless.

I've been testing this CrossBreeder thing for the past couple of hours, and I think I can see more smoothness when opening apps, scrolling and launcher redraws. However, it could be a placebo. Besides, I don't know how it might affect the battery life in the long run.

Do you want us to give it a go in tomorrow's Asylum? What say you, inmates?

New version updated with a very important new feature. The random number generator has been replaced with one called Havege. It's faster, lighter, uses less cpu and is more efficient in keeping the entropy pool updated.

You don't need to worry about the feed frequency etc. as it keeps it constantly populated.

It is expected to take between 0.0% and 0.1% cpu almost all the time and the available entropy flatlining around 4096 with the occasional 0.5 second drop to ~3000 very occasionally.

Please do report your finding and experiences. It will help a lot.

We might be close to a universal solution for all Android devices.
