it is not just simply like DIY hosing of Nokia
If u only want the battery cover at the back
it will be so easy but those others part must totally pull off from the 903 body and it is a hard work and it is risky to do it by yourself if u didnt try it b4

OIC, cause my phone has some scratches and I'm wondering besides changing the cover, are there any other solutions?

u might try to wrap it totally with special sticker
