hi~i got my 703shf 2 weeks ago, and i still have a few problems with it...can anyone solve it for me? thanks

1. voicemail
when i go to setting --> call settings --> voicemail & diverts --> voicemail ---> activate, it just simply told me "error, not supported"
does it mean my voicemail 's not working??
I tried to call myself and it works fine if i let it ring until it reaches voicemail itself. However, if i hang up from the cell phone, i get this message like "this person doesnt accept incoming calls".
can i do anything to solve it?

2. phonebook
i've searched a few threads on phonebook and already moved all my contacts to handset and type stuff under "reading", but i still cannot jump to the letter of the name i want to call!

ps im using t-mobile service
