$100K to $150K is not a lot for new car, you probably can get a good 1.5L with some minor upgrades such as alloy wheel, sport tyre, decent sound system, or a mild body kit.
But with that budget, you can get some high performance or executive cars if you go for second hand, but this is still not high enough to pay for a "dream car" normally, unless you have a really realistic dream
, or you really are willing to compromise a lot on other issues (such as driving a 15 years old like what I did before).

Aristo if I can find a decent one within budget

VR4 Legnum (Traveller version)

325i (hard to find a decent one now)
Do you notice that I want to stick with sub-2500cc as much as possible?
