Dears,

I bought a V802SH fm 三少, recently the bluetooth function was failed that cannot connect the PC & headset. Pairing was getting successful, but then send/receive file was failed to connect.

Anyone reported same problem?

If I do master reset, can I solve the problem?
(BTW, master reset will remove the unlock & bluetooth fixes of my phone??)

Master reset will not remove the unlock and what knid of bluetooth fixes does your phone have?

Bluetooth fixes means - can send/receive files.

Anyway, I tried last night, need to power off, remove battery, restart the phone, redo pairing so that it works again.
