you need to use the bundled Samsung PC studio to contact MS outlook. But what i can tell you is this PC studio is a "SHIT", even you install all the drivers and software, then you connect the phone with PC by the USB cable or bluetooth, it is difficult to make them connected successfully.

I think Samsung needs to enhance their R&D to improve the software on desktop side, not only on handet side!!!
