是否至少三個月後才可以解約.... <==解約後是否無論交罰款與否都要上黑名單? 可否交罰款and一個月內解約... ?

由于本人身處北美﹐8月是last chance *因為香港or日本都仲可以托人買機*... otherwise i will have to wait for NEXT summer....

首先好多謝三少的回應。

朋友係日本人﹐他問過sales...但好似sales哥哥唔係好想答... 朋友自己係用au...所以我問他都係一問三不知。

the problem is, my friend wont be able to wait for another 3 months to cancel the contract... cos he wont be in jp by then... i rather pay 10000 yen (monthly fee) + 4000 yen + 28xx in advance so i can get the phone... otherwise i'll really have to wait for next summer....

I really hope someone can tell me more info on this. *PM is fine too..* thanks in advance~
