(the service was launched the week before May 1 Labour Day Golden Week in China - aiming at attracting mainland travelers to try HK's 3G service..... these mainland chinese may have come to hkg often and have bought 3G handsets, but their country does not have 3G service, so it's natural they come to hkg and use our 3G service + the 3G handsets///)
