but there are still people out there who are willing to pay the money and continue to 'enjoy' using Vodafone!!
i think if 3 and CSL can use V903 for full 3G functions, many more S-V users will port out of S-V!!
in fact, that's what SV is doing - get rid of what it thinks to be cheap cheap customers, leaving only those die-hard S-V fans! this way, its churn rate will be the lowest in the industry and its ARPU will be higher. but its customer base will be even smaller than sunday! (i think there are only less than 500,000 die-hard S-V fans out there.)
business decision question: is it a more favorable way of running a profitable business? lower marketing costs (no more retention or cut-throat price war for acquisition)? comments welcome
