Let me delcare myself first, I'm NOT working in 1010 or CSL.

My chinese is not that good and please point it out if I'm wrong. .

Copy from the iPhone4 plan T&C:
"我們保留權利取消本地流動數據其後收費之每月上限"

This just means CSL/1010 has the rights to cancel the local GPRS max usage per month. For all of the CSL data plan, you can put a ceiling on the GPRS usage every month in case if your mobile has anything wrong on keep using the data service. Not limiting the use of the SIM into other mobile device.

假如佢唔限制你任用, 亦會收你額外的錢

OK, 個解讀是: 你轉用其他手機或上網設備, 例如 iPad 等! 我地會取消你個無限上網! 可能即時限你只可用 2GB (例如)! 如果你使用超過 2GB (例如), 就會按超過的數據而去收你額外費用!
