Hello there, I bought KM900 today from sz, and have found a problem from the setting in menu... when this phone had flashed as chi.ver (v10h), the icon "short cut" to uiilities in Menu is missing, i just can't either drag some icons into the main screen for using short cut, or add more music and image into the "homescreen, and also the fw system doesn't seem to run so smooth, but sometimes laggy... is that a bug with the sw of v10h, or it's just really like that? Please do inform me if the problem could be solved by flashing another ver of sw like v10d or v10e? thanks for the help in advance

have you done master reset after the flashing?

Unfortunately, i didn't, because it seems there's no "master reset" from the phone setting, but "reset setting", I'm kinda frustrated if that problem can't really be solved , that's why i need you guys to give me some advise how to make it right, do you have any idea please??

Yes i understand that, but please don't get me wrong about the choice, please i just wanna know how come the option "short cut" is disappeared from the using menu, or that's because i didn't remind the technician to get my phone flashed as Hong Kong trad. chi.ver which suits its the phone system, please kindly do advise me at once, thanks for everybody help...
