Goto csl1010 or 123 web site to download the setting for your phone.
They will send you a message and ask for install or not.
Then you select install and change all the internet/wap, etc. to 1010 data or 123 data setting wil be fine.

I have the same probem b4, now is ok !!!

If you still not understand, goto 1010 shop / 123 shop.
Ask then to fix it for you. (The one at TST provide good service).
