The shopkeeper there was showing a very positive attitude, getting the phone fixed in 1 hr very punctual. He said sorry to me and admitted that the phone was not flashed properly before it went to me. He utterly resolved the game loading problem and also the probem on showing the network provider's name as well for free. The phone is now working exceptionally good.

I've once chit-chatted with him and he also admitted that JerryKee is a geninus celluar cracker. It reveals to tell that those phones from Jerry are undoubtely superb. I dare not to buy phones elsewhere next time except DECT phones.

I do think of just only a few knew the rule of the game, definitely not entirely all.

It is the fact that there are numerous market players all over MK and everywhere in HK as well, customer's referrals become crucial to all. Obviously, better the after-sale service, more the referrals and thus, higher the market share.

To be honest, I don't buy phones in Japan is totally because of lacking of after-sale service even I am the one of those who need visiting Japan quite a number of times a year.
