give a call to your mobile phone service provider and ask for the PUK code. It is because you input wrong PIN number 3 times

Of course......Just give a call to the customer hotline......it will be fine

YES , change a new card
today , i bought a 903sh , I also got this problem.
I go to SV change a new card , it fixed ,
but I need to paid $35 @!$@!$%!

I don't think the simcard become useless, They can give you the puk code to unlock it.

As my experience, if I input three times wrong pin code, then the phone will ask you get the puk code. I give a call to the CS, they will me the puk code after ask me some personal account detail. The sim card will get back unlock status after you input the puk code, but if you like change a new card. It will be fine :D

pin locked <--- can hv 10 times chance to input the puk to unlock
puk locked <--- after 10 times wrong puk...your sim card already useless...
