先準備和安裝以下軟件：

P2kCommander 2.9
修改了的mma_ucp檔案

安裝P2kCommander 2.9，成功連接手機後，進入a:/，到mobile/system找一個名叫mma_ucp的檔案，備份到電腦。然後，把下載了的mma_ucp_mod改名為mma_ucp，上載到手機覆蓋原檔。完成後重新啟動手機，到設定>個人化設定>首頁畫面>首頁鍵，會發現手機現在可以更改右按鍵和智慧鍵的捷徑。

我自己吾鍾意個 飛行模式 在主 menu，再改一改~

I have the "Volume name fail" problem for my 3-hk 's V3x.
can't read p2kphone

Correctly is it cannot find the phones?

my steps were:
(1)set to usb modem in V3x;
(2)connect to PC through usb cable;
(3)detected new devices in PC and point the driver folder p2kdrivers_2.9;
(4)drivers automatically installed;
(5)Run p2k commander as well as autostarter;
(6)autostarter turns yellow (icon) and its log "detect as AT device" ; <--- should be not AT device ??

(7)Inside the P2k commander, I tried to choose p2kphone but then it pops out :
no p2k device found NOT connected
USB IO Time-out
CMD data write fail
Volume name fail

I read the FAQ and it stated install p2k driver,
Did I miss something?
How to install the P2K driver ?

Have you rename the file name to "mma_ucp"?

a solution read from foreign forum:

Try to find a software named "RSD Lite 2.4" using Goolge, it is official Flash software. When V3x connected to your PC, open RSD Lite 2.4 then open P2k Commander.
