Hi, I just got my unlocked 802sh, working fine here in Los Angeles, U.S.A. Thanks Jerry Kee (my friend helped me brought it to Jerry Kee for Unlock). Thanks again! I noticed that it have a function which allow you to show video for different people's incoming call. So i tried to utilize it...and according to the online manual it said the phone support mpeg 4 video file, thus i upload a mpeg 4 file (FF7 advent child short clip) onto my SD card, but it just can't be detected or show with the player of the phone. Can anyone tell me how this video thing work? and what program should i use for mp3 file? WOw, this phone is really hard to operate....

Moreover, it keep asking me to update something and when i press it, it just says, "can not connect" or no internet setup.... so i can't update anything from internet in U.S.A? only Japan and HK??
