We just met yesterday 2:00 pm and I am back to Taiwan now,
could you tell me how to transfer my phone book detail from my old one ( K700i ) to new 902SH, thanks in advance for your big help.

You can send phone book from your K700i to 902SH directly by Bluetooth or Infrared.

But the bad news is, you can't send all in one go, but one-by-one. Just go to contact and select the name you want to send and select "More -> Send".
