since i bought the blueberry 8100 more than a year ago..(this cellphone is out of warranty) the cellphone recently had a problem of turning on to entry using menu..when i put the battery in it..the cellphone will be automantically on..but it showa nothing after then..just keep showing the white coloured screen and then it no longer turns as using menu...at the problem in this case..does anyone tell me what causes this cellphone failure,anyone knows if it can get it fixed at SZ...and how much will that be for repair fee?here's the pic with the problem of my cellphone summited from below...thanks for everybody help

Thanks for your adivse,and i wanna ask where exactly the shops that provide such service to get my phone fixed.?.sorry i'm not familar with every part of shops at 4/f 3/f whatever they're located..and one stupid question again..is that because of the Hardware failure or any other reasons...thanks again.
