Hi,

I am a celluar novice (I should say 'Idiot' instead ) in mastering with 'Parallel imported' celluar phones.

I've just bought 2 x 802SH, both were euro version, one was for my wife's Bday while another one was to thank myself for doing this. (I regreted very much that my two phones were not from Jerry, as I bought them before I knew the name of Jerry and you experts and advocates here).

I've recently found that one of my 802SHs is having a problem on loading games while another one is working perfectly fine. The faulty one always began to slow down once the 'Game' icon had been clicked on. It always displayed the error message - 'Cannot load game' in 10 seconds. It resumed immediately back to normal everytime when I had quited from the 'Game' menu. I've strongly believed that there is something wrong with the firmware. It may be damaged while being cracked.

I am going to drop by the shop again tomorrow to see if I could have a new one for replacement. I really hope so!) In case of the others are also the same and believed a common seed problem, I would like to know if it is possible and how can I do a reclone by download the firmware from the working one and flashing it into the faulty one.

I've learned from you experts here that I need a proper cable (I've believed), a 'Flash Tool' called 'Setools'? as well as a correct seed of-course (By downloading, maybe from you gentlemen ) so that I could have a chance to do it my self.

BTW, it's also strange that, unlike the working one, the network provider's name is always hiding somwhere and could not be shown on to the LCD. I do care this, as I need this phone to be with me anywhere, it is especially crucial when I am out of town, as I have to know whether I am phoning over the right channel.

If you want to load the game again, try this:

"Games & More -> Settings -> Memory All Clear"

The default phone code is 9999

In summary, when they flash the phone, they forgot to do a Master Reset. You may do a master reset yourself:

"Settings -> Master Reset -> Reset All"

The default phone code is 9999

After Master Reset , the operator logo will appear again

I've got a big problem, my phone is now unable start up after a master reset. It keeps on rebooting always a few seconds right after the message 'Please wait...' is shown.

What can I do now? Please help. Thanks!

I am going to get it replaced tomorrow. I really hope that everything will be fine, as I just bought it 4 days ago.

To be honest, I don't know there is a big guy, Jerry, until now or I dare not to buy phones elsewhere.

I will go back there tomorrow to see how good is the after-sale service, they shall bear the responsibility for an exchange or a quick repair at least, for any goods sold from them.

I would like to know how can I drop it to you if it fails to be recovered. I am that greedy to know more about the alternative way-out, as I know that you are also somewhere in MK, I would like to leave it to you right away in case the shop (Also in MK) fails to get it fixed/replaced so that I don't need to carry it around and visit you some day after.

My office is in Kwun Tong. But normally I will ask friends of this forum to leave the phone to Jerry and I will pick it up when I visit MK.

Make sure when you give it to Jerry, tell him the phone is for me.

Jerry will read this forum and he will know what to do
