I'm now using 3's 2G network, and I've read those previous posts here and tried to do the setting, but it's not successful at all. Then I found Mr Kenny had said that GPRS cannot be activated if I'm using 2G, but one my friends told me it can be activated.... :?

Anyway I'll switch to 3G soon, but another question comes up -- Can 3's 3G SIM card be compatible with V902SH now?

1) Even you are using 3(2G), you can still use the GPRS to access the 3Grid or send MMS. Of course, provided that you have proper setting. Look at attached photo. I am using a K750i to access the 3Grid through GPRS.

But, if you are using 902SH with 3, you can see some text only without photo, not to mention about video streaming! Because their portal is not supporting 902SH!

2) I don't see any problem with using 3-3G sim card with 902SH, even there is a problem, it can be fixed.

Thanks Kenny!

I've asked 3's retail shop staff whether they have the correct GPRS and MMS settings for V902SH, then they said I can bring my mobile to their service centre (at Admiralty) to do the setting wor.... Not sure whether they're "吹水" or not (normally they won't do setting for other brands).... :roll:

Anyway I'll go and check next week, tell you if any good news! :wink:

Yes.... I've found a lot of useful info for my V902SH already! (although I'm only a new member.... :-P)

P.S. How come you're still awake? You're a "retired man" wor?! :lol:

hi kenny ... i m new user with 902sh ... my 902sh firmware is v1.02 ... my 3 3G sim card using in my 902sh always show 3-dualband ... i try lot of time to select the network as 3 (3G) but still cannot .... also my phone only alow me go 3 homepage by GPRS ... all other web site cannot go .... can you tell me some hints to solve all above problem ??? .... thanks alot for your help :roll:
