I have an unlocked 903 (UK version), & sometimes it wouldn't power on.
When it refuses to power on, the red light flashes when I tried to recharge the battery, & it still refuses to power on even tho I've recharged it for many hours; but if I recharge after switching off from a successful power on, the red light stays on until the battery is completely charged.
This power on problems happens randomly-there can be many consecutive successes & many consecutive failures.
Anybody can help?

Hard to say .......... if the problem is serious ..... need to replace the motherboard! Because spare parts is very hard to find!
