Anyway... must complaint. 唔可以比佢得逞. 以為D機獨家就坤人上台, 上既時候咩都話包.

到之後就用先收錢, 好狗!!!

又 cut 人電話會議, 又cut 左免費新聞任睇. 雖然有人話新聞不如上網睇, 電視睇, 咁但既然出左3G,而佢本身又包, 之後冇左點都係有問題. 而且cut 電話會議唔係咁多人知,就係依家個個都比坤用 178 plan D 分鐘多過頭,電話會議就係一個消耗分鐘既最好方法,佢就偏偏 cut 左你..

各位 3G plan 用戶可以試下,就算之前用到,可能上星期開始都已經用唔到.

SMARTONE 真係好賤,做埋好多屎忽野佢呃錢,一D都冇大台風範!!!

it cut my telephone conference but after i complain they givethe service back to me

Yes, they give u back.
but it's not easy... the CS will ask you many times " Do you know how to use the service ? "
Even if u told them u have used it many times, they will ask you to try again... and ask you to hang up and tried !!!

So I told the CS, JUST NOW I TRIED.... and the CS felt very curious and said " HOW DID YOU TRY ? WE ARE ON THE PHONE NOW ! ". The CS is very LOW B and annoying, I told them many times I tried and I can't use, they will think you don't know how to use the service and even if u said u just tried, they still don't believe... Well, I called with my home phone and I test the service with my mobile... what is the problem, why I can't try when I am talking to the CS... but the CS just keep asking me as if I am the suspect.... SHIT..

then I finally called the CS which follow my case transffered by OFTA, then I can get the conference call service without explaining and being question....

So, u think SMARTONE don't know people complain they cut " Conference call " ? I don't think so, they just pretend they didn't cut and ask the customer to try and try again and said the customer don't know how to use as SmarTone have a " SO CALL " official method for using the Conference call.... then tell you once again and hang u up, so they don't need to re-activate the conference service for you.... They are really " SMART one"...

i did not get the same case as you...i rang them...the lady said do you know how to use conference and i said yes...afterwards she said try again in 5mins and it works again

to be honest...i had come across cases similar to yours which the CS doesn't know how to answer or solve my problem and also wasted my time and their time so i don't really enjoy smartone service...they always charge me extra for extra usage of gprs which i had to ring up the customer service every month to get my money back and still complaining the $18 till they change back to free...i will ring them once or twice a week to annoy them :twisted:

i regret changing from one2free to smartone but i will keep complaining

Same for me, from One2Free to SmarTone.
Really BIG DIFFERENT.

there is only one thing they are the same... The Price...

We should remember this slogan.

haha...i love you slogan..let me use it for my signature :twisted:

anyway...i still have 14months till my contract ends...when my contract ends i will change either to one2free or sunday

smartone really gives a bad image to both of us or even to alot of people
