Even if u told them u have used it many times, they will ask you to try again... and ask you to hang up and tried !!!
So I told the CS, JUST NOW I TRIED.... and the CS felt very curious and said " HOW DID YOU TRY ? WE ARE ON THE PHONE NOW ! ". The CS is very LOW B and annoying, I told them many times I tried and I can't use, they will think you don't know how to use the service and even if u said u just tried, they still don't believe... Well, I called with my home phone and I test the service with my mobile... what is the problem, why I can't try when I am talking to the CS... but the CS just keep asking me as if I am the suspect.... SHIT..
then I finally called the CS which follow my case transffered by OFTA, then I can get the conference call service without explaining and being question....
So, u think SMARTONE don't know people complain they cut " Conference call " ? I don't think so, they just pretend they didn't cut and ask the customer to try and try again and said the customer don't know how to use as SmarTone have a " SO CALL " official method for using the Conference call.... then tell you once again and hang u up, so they don't need to re-activate the conference service for you.... They are really " SMART one"...
i did not get the same case as you...i rang them...the lady said do you know how to use conference and i said yes...afterwards she said try again in 5mins and it works again
