3 Siu pls help....

The phone is bought from you a few months back. Firmware is Euro ver.

I am just a normal user, does nothing special. The phone was ok so far up to yesterday (only found it reboots 1 or 2 times in the past).

But today after turned on, it has rebooted MANY TIMES. It also hangs when I dial or access some funtion like checking the memory status. It just hangs in the Pls Wait screen. It also becomes a bit slow today. Now it just keeps rebooting by itself. I also tried to turn it off but it hangs with the full red screen.

3 Siu what should I do now? Before I bought the phone from you, I also hear similar case but I don't know the results so far.

Should I do a master reset now or anything else? What data will be lost, like phone book, calendar schedule? PLS HELP.

ok ~ pls follow our suggest ~

1. backup all data first, such as phone book, photo.......etc (all data inside your mobile phone memory will be lost, pls attention!!)

2. try "master reset", then observation mobile ~

3. if "ok" ~ that good, problem slove ~

4. if "still problem occurred", pls post mobile to me for repair ~

Last try ............. press # + power to switch on the phone. The phone will format itself. It takes 10-15 minutes.

When you see 3 red "Completed" and a blue message saying "Please press any key" than press any key to switch off the phone.

Take out the battery and reinsert it again, and now switch on the phone to test.
