450, it calls band class 5. It can be use in Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia may use this standard. Huawei will provide the base stations with this standard to Indonesia and Malaysia this year.
Japan and US may concentrate in UMTS, they won't develop this band any more. So it is not the major trend.
However, in case China issued this license, the story will be "re-write".

The newer (not too fresh); most of the newly developed countries adopt --> 850Mhz & 450Mhz
