Try the following to narrow the problejm:
(1) Swap the two surround speaker, if the problem now switched to the other side, then this is speaker hardware problem. If problem still remind wiht the rear-right after that, then this is problem related to cable, connector or amplifier
(2) Connect the surround speakers to the front (main) speaker port of your amplifier to see if it work, if both speakers works fine, then the speaker connector and cables does not have any problem, it can be the rear-right speaker connection, or the amplifer hardware problem. IF still on sound comes out of the rear-right, then this is most likely a cable problem.
