我唔上去的原因係因為我住得好遠阿..
如果一次搞唔掂﹐又要去多幾次...真系車費都蝕埋阿...
其實我大約都知發生咩事...拒話係個底版壞...但去最好笑就系拒唔知個底版點解會壞...拒地淨系話因為我唔好彩...買中一部壞的電話。
拒地仲話sharp 的機容易有問題﹐但我對電話根本唔熟悉﹐拒地又無在賣比我之前同我講清楚﹐淨系同我講部機點靚點靚~
多謝你的好意﹐不過我過幾日都會有朋友陪我上去.
我的確唔系好想一個人上去﹐因為我怕上到去﹐拒地又會人多蝦人少...

To the seller :

Need to be more professional. Not replying customer for 1 week is hard to accept. As your shop is getting more and more popular through referrals/media, in order to maintain the reputation, please review your operation model and resources - 家庭工業式 may no longer work for you ka la!! Read the second line in the header of this page and you would understand peoples' expectation! Also, this kind of miscommunications is not difficult to avoid if the customer is told and alerted what is included & what is not in the price, and have it written clearly on the receipt. Shouldn’t assume everyone knows and agrees those industrial practices in the water goods business before they come to your shop.


To the customer :

The services you received may not up to standard but the faulty phone – ‘unfortunate’ would be how I describe though it really make ones feel bad, risks are sometimes unavoidable. In general, they are reasonable & nice people. So are you I believe. Just be cool and no fool, there are always solutions/alternatives.


p.s. I should declare that I have 2 703shf. One was unlocked by Jerrykee and the other was directly bought there. Both experiences were good so are the phones, but I can’t remember if they told me parts are not included in the warranty when I purchased.

有時希望你可以理智小小, 機器o既野點解會壞真係好難講, 如果你覺得好好笑o既, 你真係好好彩, 你屋企所有電器壞你都好清楚佢地係因咩壞, 我就成日要拎去整or even give it up. 所有貨品賣o既時候消費者好清楚會有壞/爛o既risk, 你去買件衫, 相信個sale都唔會remind你: 先生, 你要提防件衫會有爆線o既可能. 無可能囉! 有時你介意人地唔覆你係一回事, 講到人地好似特登呃你就有點兒那個...

Honestly speaking, nothing is perfect in this world....of course no exception to San Siu and Jerry Kee.....but what I have experienced so far is that they are absolutely 'better' than other shops, no matter those in Sin Tat or shops in other areas.

Having said that, there is always room for improvement in various aspect. After this incident, I believe they should have learnt more and I do hope improvement in customer service can be seen in the near future.

Chingching, I do not belong to 'their group' but one thing you have to accept -- there are always 'lucky' and 'unlucky' people in this universe. To certain extent, your incident does provide a balance in this forum.

我作為一個消費者,都覺得謝利記的運作方式有問題~~~
我上次都拿機去整,佢話2個鐘覆我整唔整到~
不過過0左2小時後,又係冇人覆我,我打去,飛0左去call 台,落call 冇人覆,
落0左3~4個call,打0左成個鐘,終於有人聽啦~~~
佢同我講要放底一天,頂~~~~~~~
一早講我就唔洗係條街上行等多成個鐘~~~
要放底整唔係問題,不過都交代一聲~~~唔該

做生意係講過信字~~~我信你2小時內覆
不過你唔覆,就係你謝利記問題~~我唔係話jerry個人問題~~~
係一個商標問題~~~

小弟認同閣下意見,就算冇得整,也應回覆消費者,不應拖拖拉拉,無交帶,
