May I say something? You for a webmaster, just pour oil into fire and don't help to solve the problems at all. Is this what a webmaster have to be? I don't care whatever page you are responsible for. No matter you are responsible for the car talk, cooking page or whatever, you should have a set of criteria to follow what to do like other webmasters do. However, I can only see whenever there is an arguement, you don't help to solve but you intensify the situation.
If you cannot accept feedback at all, please shut down the forum or please quit. What is a forum use for? To share and to talk. Everyone has the right to raise out, no matter positive or negative. For many things I can see your lack of ability to monitor or regulate the forum.
From other forums that I go, no matter which page that webmaster belongs to, whenever there is misbehaviour from a web user, they will come out and warn or solve the situation.
May I see you do something but not doing this kind of approach? Thank you for your understanding that I am not really pin-pointing to anybody. But being a webmaster, should do what a webmaster has to do.
