Dear Jerry,

I have purchased the Softbank X01HT from your shop on March 17, 07. However, I did not check whether that phone could dail video call on that day as no friends of mine made a video call.

Yesterday, both my friend & me tried to make video callls among us. We ensured that we located in which we could make video call & received 3G signal ("U" signal was shown adjacent to signal bar)!

However, I called him but he could only receive my voice call when I made a video calling! So, I checked setting of my phone. In "選取您的網絡類型" has been chosen "WCDMA" and "選取您的 GSM/UMTS頻道" was chosen "UMTS (2100+800)"!!

Then, I asked my friend to try making a video call to me but still unsuccessful as I only received his voice calling!

Kindly advice what can I do? Would you exchange another handset of X01HT for me? Thanks!

out of my curiousity, have you pressed the right key to recieve video call? There is a small video call key need the green key. If you press the green key you can only recieve the call in voice only.

I have pressed the small video call key which is located on upper one near to green key!! However, I could not make or receive any video calls!!

Backup your contact and perform Hard reset on your phone.

(Hard reset : Turn off the phone, press Left softkey+Right softkey+reset)

Hard reset + 行一次 extrom 就可以.
