? What can I do to cancel the contract? (Stop the mobile phone service)
! You need to visit a Vodafone Shop in person to cancel the contract, and go through the following procedures (we cannot process the cancellation request over the phone):
Please bring the following items:
*Please check the business hours with the shop before your visit.
:ID document
:Seal (corporate contract requires corporate seal)
:Mobile phone currently in use


:Basic monthly fee and charges for optional services will be calculated on the prorated daily basis by the day before the cancellation.
:Call charges include calls you made on the day of cancellation.
:Charges for the month of cancellation will be shown in the monthly bill.


:A contract cancellation fee of 4200 yen will be charged if annual discount service is cancelled during the term of contract, which is one-year since the date of application/renewal of the service.
