I think european like the design that's why they still keeping us the similar phones...

I feel those "western" people (or we call ghost la) they don't like flip phones at all

If SE don't give me those like those from Japan SE, I don't think I will bother to consider getting any SE phones lateron

I know it depends on the market size to determine the design. The main point is why Nokia become the leader? Because she has N series for those so-called "phone-players", she also has different series phones for ppl who like to take photos or music; and she has low-price phone for main group. How about SE? We can admit that her Walkman series are good for those music lover. But after K850i bad experiences for users, more and more ppl who loves to have better photos quality will turn to other brands and won't think Cyber-shot series is the first choice. And besides Walkman and Cyber-shot, SE didn't have series for those phone-players and her cheap phone series never get the heart of those users. SE just keep on intorduce more and more similiar styles and think they could be good selling. Really? SAMSUNG already trys the policy which similiar to Nokia's one and become 2nd largest share producer... SE? still just thinking silm phone could dominate the world? Please fix her bad QC first.
I remember few years ago those big producers always mentioned they would consider the different markets of EUR and ASIA and introduce suitable and unique for these markets. But now on I seldom see that promise carry out.

wanna add some more things regarding SE...

they break down easily...
my friend's K850 broke down three weeks after he bought it from Broadway....

their screen sizes will always stays the same.....K700i, w800i and k850i, all these years, the size of the screen has not changed a single mm.... SE is the leader....................of failures......

K850i screen is bigger than W800i and K700i
but of course SE seldom has >2.4inch screen phone as that the Japan phone u like
and the lasting time depends on how u use...
I use K750i for 2.5 years... no big problem... still using
but SE's Quality is pooooooooper... thats true...

i do admit that SE technology is very advanced.... like having loud mp3 ringtones...themes....etc.....but quality and the name is very dull.... (personal opinion, please dun mind :S)
the phones iv listed out cant say they are better than SE's phones..but its i prefer them more than SE........ especially the brand name, design and quality........
before i thought of getting the w950 or p1i but....its firmware didnt attract me :S

any all my phones are working perfectly...haha... so proud of them...
