HeHe, you can browse the internet to obtain the full set up of 3HK's GPRS and MMS setting. You can search.. Just follow all the steps and you will be able to go to internet la.. I did this on my own for PCCW and one2free..It's not difficult..


Les, do you storm online by just input APN? since most of the BB cannot go online unless you subscribe the BB services from the network operator!

Gary, I have not bought the BB phone yet. So if HeHe999have not subscribe the BB services, there is no way he can setup internet (GPRS)? So even using normal 3G service plan will still be unable to perform browsing functions?

Pls correct me if I an wrong...Thx..

From beginning to now, this BB is quite a good pda phone on my daily life. It provides clear voice communication, strong receiving signal, user friendly, normal lasting battery, and loud speaker. The price is reasonable (bought from SZ).

I have been set and i know where is the setting location, but it seems a problem on it. However, I try to use smartone which is ok for internet browsing. It seems the problem arise on 3-mobile services, I will try to go 3-service counter to check it. Once, i can't solve it by 3, then i will go to the next (S.T.) to solve it. :?

In other words, using 3HK sim card will have a problem but not others....In this case, I will buy one la.. However for Smartone card, you need to set up manually the proxy and APN? Exactly which functions in the Storm? Pls advise..

Les Chan, if i insert smartone sim card into this BB, it detect automatically and no need to set anything and the browsing is so smooth, please see the attached. If you don't mind, i want to sale it to you due to it can't use 3-mobile service internet browser. :cry:

Many thanks. No problem with this phone except 3HK internet browsing. It is so smooth for internet browsing when insert other than 3HK sim card. It sounds better than HTC HD and Ringtone is louder than HD. User friendly then S60 and WM. Photo capturing is faster than WM units. One of minor defect is the sensing touch screen which differed than other touch screen habitation. 8)

有消息話呢部 storm 係有 WiFi.....but locked by RIM due to the agreement with Vodafone :o
