Got the water one direct from yahoo.co.jp. unlock, root and unlock SIM by myself. Good deal for $2600 including shipping.

One thing you need to consider before you go ahead:
1. There are 2 ways to unlock SIM, if you keep your IMEI (I will do this), you need to unlock again when you flash new ROMs, or there is a permanent way (Not recommend) by using someone else IMEI. I am sure the generator will become publicly available in short time then this concern will not be valid.
2. No support on the WCDMA 900Mhz from CSL. I still cannot get the radio rom which support 850/900/2100Mhz work in the japanese version of GN, and all Japanese one are 850/2100 only. If you use CSL, you will have to use 2100 which will have poor coverage in door..but if you never have phone supporting 900Mhz WCDMA, then you will NOT notice the difference.
you can use the 代購 for the bid from japan if you don't have friends there. The cost for those guys on getting it from Japan is around $2,000.
