I tried to convert video files to .mp4 format, using pspvideo9 http://www.pspvideo9.com/index.html , set the setting to 320x240, video 512k, 15fps, audio 64k...my 833 can play with no problem

But since the source is 16:9, all the screen has been pull longer than original.

Then I tried to convert again but set to 320x176, all other settings the same. But my 833 cannot play it.

Anyone tried to convert 16:9 mp4 and play in 833 successfully? Any other tools i can use?

You have to 'add' a color black background to your 16:9 video in order to match the proportion ratio of 320*240 = 1.33. I tried this method using the Quicktime Pro and can play back from my 833.
