I just fully unlock my 903.

whenever I turn on the phone, it responses so slow. But a while later (1min+) it will become alright.

Is this normal?

Also how about the SMS save to SIM problem?

I don't know. I unlock it from Jerry. Japanese unlock.
I master reseted once. But still the same. Just feel like right after the phone power on, it seems have some application running behind. So when I press the button to the menu, it doesn't respond at all. But a moment later, it goes alright and the re-position pops up...
